The London Borough of Hackney Children and Family Services has reviewed and redesigned its supported accommodation pathway for looked after children, care leavers and single homeless young people aged 16-21 to meet the changing needs of young people. 4 individual contracts have been awarded to suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver support accommodation services for the borough's young people.
The successful providers will be expected to be flexible and responsive to a diverse client base ensuring that the young people are at the heart of the service.
The pathway consists of:
- Lot 2: Progression - A specialist service for 16–17-year-olds
- Lot 3: Progress Services 18+
- Lot 5: Move On.
