The Arts Council England is seeking a suitably qualified service provider to redesign and develop its Cultural Education Toolkit. The toolkit is available at the link below and aims to bring together a wide range of data sources relating to children & young people and arts and culture.

The service provider will be required to design and build the toolkit in line with the following requirements:
| • | Design and build a new data dash board that generates text, infographics and maps representing data at Parliamentary Constituency Local Authority, English Region and National Level |
| • | The toolkit must provide a new approach for benchmarking similar Local Authorities. |
| • | The toolkit must comply with Arts Council branding and house style policies |
| • | The toolkit must be user tested with an Arts Council advisory group |
| • | The final toolkit must be presented to to the Arts Council advisory group together with a user manual |
| • | The toolkit will be available to the public, free of charge, on the Arts Council website. |
| • | The Arts Council will retain ownership of all outputs from the Contract. |
Bidders should note that the service provider is not required to update the data. Updates to the data will be provided by a third party.
