Adult Community Services - NHS Medway Clinical Commissioning Group

NHS Medway Clinical Commissioning Group ('the CCG') is preparing for the re-procurement of Adult Community Services with a revised model for the delivery of care. The CCG has carried out several engagement events for adult community services including with the public, a whole system event where the proposed model was stress tested and two previous events with interested Providers to share information and facilitate the opportunity to network with each other.

Additional information: IMPORTANT NOTE: NHS Medway Clinical Commissioning Group is currently finalising its service specification and financial model for the new Community Services contract. The Commissioner is undertaking market engagement in order to seek the views and opinions of those organisations that may be interested in helping to deliver the service.
