SPS 2605 - Royal Greenwich Sparkle in the Park 2022

Royal Greenwich invites tenders for a contractor to provide the Royal Greenwich Sparkle in the Park 2022 Event. Prior to covid, we used to have four town centre Christmas events every year. In 2020, with the introduction of social distancing, we developed Sparkle in the Park, to avoid bringing large numbers of people to our already build up areas. 'Sparkle' has been so popular with residents, that we have continued to offer it as our main Christmas event. The aim of Sparkle is to provide a free Christmas lights trail experience to residents and families across the borough, to participate and enjoy some fun and festive cheer.

Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated in the procurement documents. This procurement will be managed electronically via the RBG Proactis Procontract etendering suite. To participate in the procurement, participants shall first be registered on the e-tendering suite. Once you have registered on the e-Tendering Suite, a registered user can express an interest for a specific procurement. This is done by looking at the opportunities sections. The registered user will receive a notification email to alert them once this has been done.
