| a. | It will provide one place for residents and stakeholders to go for birth to death information and advice on education, health and social care - high volume traffic to one source. |
| b. | One URL/site to drive traffic to, that has functionality on arrival to help residents get to the information they need easily with the fewest clicks possible. |
| c. | Utilise developments in digital space by exploring AI options and other search functionality. |
| d. | Maximise opportunity to 'push' relevant information based on search content potentially informed by chat bot knowledge base - potential for commercial benefits e.g. Care Technology and Private Pay offer. |
