description
Warwickshire County Council are undertaking a market testing exercise to determine if there are any commercial partners (in the marketplace) willing to take over the management, maintenance, and liabilities of the Mountain Bike Trails based at Pooley Country Park. We also wish to determine if there are any commercial partner(s) who would also operate the tea rooms/café and supply a bike hire/repair service. Our vision is for Pooley Country Park to become a cycle hub which has a café and 3 Mountain Bike Trails.
Additional information: This is an exploratory soft market testing exercise. The contract start date, contract end date and project values, will be determined based on the results of the market testing findings.
For further information and to obtain the soft market testing pack, please register as a Supplier on our e-procurement portal, CSW-Jets (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/csw-jets/aspx/Home).
You will also use this link to submit your soft market testing questionnaire. Your comments/views are important to us and will help inform any 'potential' future tendering process.
