Abnormal Loads Operational Process Review
To enable NH to achieve our vision of having a nationally consistent approach we are seeking support of a Consultant experienced in business transformation.
The scope of this project is expected to cover:
| - | Review of existing process. |
| - | Review the current resource within the business allocated to processing abnormal loads notifications. |
| - | Review resilience of the service. |
| - | Review the data and systems used to process notification. |
| - | Identify options and recommendations to enable the business to provide a consistent and resilient service to our customers. |
Findings and recommendations to be incorporated in an implementation plan and presented in the form of a PowerPoint slide deck.
