Invitation to Quote for the Provision of an Apprenticeships Framework

Arden and GEM CSU are looking to implement an apprenticeship programme within Arden & GEM CSU across all of our sites. We will initially have a focused approach in Business Administration with the view to widening this and to reskill and upskill staff across the business at various locations over the course of 12-18 months.

We will also look be looking at offering level 4-7 apprenticeship programmes. This will be in line with NHSE requirements that we employ apprentices and also is developing capacity prior to the introduction of the national Apprentice Levy in 2017.

We are looking to increase the apprenticeship presence in the organisation accessing the training funds available via the introduction of the apprenticeship levy to ensure that robust, consistent and appropriate training processes are in place to support the development of apprenticeships across the organisation.

Please note that Arden and GEM CSU are looking to award to a single provider for the provision of this service requirement.

Additional information: Please note we will be using the Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit Bravo Procurement Portal for the submission of offers and for the receipt and response to any clarification questions.

1. Register your company on the eSourcing portal (this is only required once) - Browse to the eSourcing Portal: https://ardengemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk and click the link to register - Accept the terms and conditions and click ‘continue’ - Enter your correct business and user details - Note the username you chose and click ‘Save’ when complete - You will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep this secure)

2. Express an Interest in the tender – The ITT is available to view by clicking the NHS Arden and GEM CSU Apprenticeships ITT link within the Bravo website.

3. Responding to the tender - Click ‘My Response’ under ‘PQQ/ ITT Details’, you can choose to ‘Create Response’ or to ‘Decline to Respond’ (please give a reason if declining) - You can now use the ‘Messages’ function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification - Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ ITT - There may be a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available) You must then submit your reply using the ‘Submit Response’ button at the top of the page.
