NHS England and NHS Improvement (Midlands) wishes to commission an independent review of the current services and pathways for those in its adult prisons against the expectations set out within 'Meeting the healthcare needs of adults with a learning disability and autistic adults in prison'. Bidders are invited to submit offers for this requirement in accordance with the attached specification using the response template. The closing date for submission of bids is 2 February 2022 at 17:00hrs and should be sent to england.midlandshealthandjustice@nhs.net
