description
We are seeking expressions of interest for the a contractor to supply, maintain and host a Fleet Maintenance Management Software solution for Aylesbury Vale District Councils waste service.
The current fleet consists of 70+ refuse vehicles, hgv's and transits. The system must be web based, hosted by the supplier, suitable for concurrent users and software updates provided. The system needs to be able to hold data about:
| • | Vehicles – manage all vehicle related data including a breakdown of planned and unplanned maintenance, what is covered by warranties and a breakdown of costings; |
| • | Fuels Management; |
| • | Driver – MOT, Insurance, tax and driver CPC database; |
| • | Stock Control |
| • | Workshop Function – technician to enter job data, raise job cards and store/analyse technician hours and husbandry. |
The contract will be for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 3 years.
