description
Prior to 2020, RMG enjoyed significant visitation from the international audiences (approx. 70%). Current forecasts for this financial year show us maintaining our 19/20 levels of visitation from domestic audiences. However, the pandemic meant we lost 70% of our visitors overnight - the international segment. To bridge the gap left by international audiences and to be more resilient in the future we need to actively grow our domestic audiences.
We are looking for a supplier to provide a programme of audience research to gain maximum and robust insights into how we can drive more domestic visitors to visit RMG and its constituent sites.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
RMG can only seek tenders from those suppliers that have relevant experience in the museum/heritage/culture sector.
