The Bidder will be required to have experience to provide a "Co-ordination and liaison" services for Personal Support Assistant to people who require care and are living within Torbay and South Devon. The co-ordination service will include (but not limited to):
| • | Recruit, select and register a rolling supply of local, available PSA's |
| • | Maintaining a database of registered PSA's |
| • | Full appropriate governance checks on PSA's - self-employment assistance |
| • | Work with the Trust and PSA's to develop skills and specialisms |
| • | Receiving referrals from the Trust |
| • | Obtaining a detailed profile of needs |
| • | Introduction of Personal Assistant to Service Users |
| • | Matching suitable Personal Assistants to Service Users |
