Alternative Route Phase 3 Link Road - Independent Costing Review for CIL S73a

Acting on behalf of Buckinghamshire County Council to undertake an independent assessment of the costs to construct Suffield Hill on the old Gas Works site delivering Phase 3 of the Alternative Route as part of the High Wycombe Town Centre Masterplan.

To undertake an evaluation of the cost of the contract for providing the Suffield Hill Works

1. As identified in regulation 73 (payment in kind) sub-clause 14, provide evidence of appropriate qualifications and experience to undertake the

independent review as required under the CIL regulations

2. As identified in regulation 73 (payment in kind), undertake an

independent assessment of the cost to construct Suffield Hill which will provide the final value for the scheme and will be used to determine the value of the link road works within the s73a CIL Agreement between

WDC and IHL.

Report the final and binding assessment for the compliance of submitted tenders which will provide the final value for the scheme and will be used to determine the value of the link road works within the Community Infrastructure Levy Section 73A contract between Wycombe District Council and Inland Homes plc.
