Plymouth City Council wishes to commission a Healthy Relationships service. The main purpose of the service is to develop a strategic approach to delivery of a 'Healthy Relationships Programme' in schools as an effective way of ensuring children and young people have access to information and skills to make informed decisions on the relationships they experience. It will ensure an equitable offer to schools and provide quality assurance to the system.
