The procurement of a Knowledge Management platform to: store, manage, access, analyse and interpret high dimensional and heterogeneous datasets.
Lot 1: Data store/archive, optimized for data management and sharing.
Lot 2: Software solutions to enable integration of multiple types of data, including demographics, clinical measurement and metadata, imaging analysis result, and omics-scale data. The solution will need to enable the comparative analysis, using advanced analytical and modelling tools, of such different data types.
Lot 3: Access to curated data content, including drugs and biologics, drug targets, general and disease specific pathways, networks, and data from clinical studies.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
