THG is committed to providing high quality, customer focussed, services and developing both new services and accommodation to meet the needs of both existing and future customers. We would like to commission an independent Customer Satisfaction Survey, under STAR methodology, that will provide us with information about our customers and their views. In particular this survey will seek to include those customers who do not access our services and who are not currently being surveyed through monthly satisfaction tracking.
