Educate and Equip (Public): Providing relationship education to couples especially parents, guardians and disadvantaged groups.
The aim of this tender exercise is to appoint a supplier to promote the importance of good relationships amongst couples and individuals at key transition points in their lives.
Services should aim to give these couples the knowledge and skills with which to improve and sustain the quality of their relationship.
