The Council seeks experienced companies wishing to tender for a Building Fabric Reactive Maintenance Services Framework which delivers:

| o | Reactive maintenance |
| o | Minor works (Potential ad-hoc requests for minor capital project works up to a value of circa £25,000. NB: These works are not guaranteed to the Service Providers) |
The Framework will be divided into 4 Lots (Geographical areas). Companies can bid for a maximum of 2 Lots.
The Council will call-off contracts from each Lot to deliver the service for three years for the corporate & schools sites.
The Council may decide to call-off for a further 3 years following the initial 3 year contract.
The 4 year Framework will be accessible to other Public Sector bodies within and outside Buckinghamshire.
If they wish to purchase from the Framework, they must undertake a mini-competition from Lot 5 (Lot 5 will comprise those suppliers successful under Lots 1-4)
