Brief Description of the Works:
| • | Internal fabric refurbishment, building work, joinery and decoration |
| • | Internal remodelling and refurbishment including a new suspended ceiling and glazed partitioning |
| • | Internal remodelling and refurbishment of WC's; plus additional WC's and kitchenette. |
| • | Central plant overhaul, likely to include substantial replacement/remodelling |
| • | Supply and installation of air handling system |
| • | Refurbishment and replacement of internal and external electrical installation including provision for ICT |
| • | Internal and external lighting |
| • | External signage |
The work is to be as indicated on the relevant designer's drawings and specifications to encompass all works within and beyond the site boundaries as necessary to complete the Works.
