A framework for the supply of science resources and equipment suitable for use in primary and secondary education. A fully comprehensive range is required, including class kits, lab ware, scientific equipment and instruments, as well as a complete range of chemicals suitable for use in experiments relevant to the delivery of the secondary science curriculum. Goods are for delivery to the ESPO central distribution centre (Leicester) and also for delivery directly to individual customer establishments.

Lot 1: Primary Education Science - Products required include a comprehensive range of primary education science-based class kits and other primary science resources suitable for the delivery of the curriculum for Key Stages 1 and 2. Goods are for delivery to ESPO, Leicester, and also to individual ESPO customers. It is envisaged that this Lot will be awarded to one supplier. ESPO will require catalogue support from the awarded supplier including but not limited to: product selection, product images and descriptions.

Lot 2: Secondary Education Science - Products required include a comprehensive range of primary education science-based class kits and other primary science resources suitable for the delivery of the curriculum for Key Stages 3 and 4. Goods are for delivery to ESPO, Leicester, and also to individual ESPO customers. It is envisaged that this Lot will be awarded to one supplier. ESPO will require catalogue support from the awarded supplier including but not limited to: product selection, product images and descriptions, and safety information for chemicals.

The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period.

An eAuction process may be used to award subsequent call off contracts following the reopening of competition among the parties to the Framework Agreement.
