Birmingham City University (BCU) is looking to work with a number of media, design and digital agencies to support their undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment marketing. To reflect the wide ranging nature of this work, the procurement process has been broken down into five separate lots:
Lot 1: Strategic Planning and Media Buying - Full Service Agencies Lot 2: Media Buying - Specialist Outdoor Media Lot 3: Creative Services - Concept and Design
