Strip out old bathrooms and completely refurbish including new sanitary ware, floor coverings, decoration and tiling.Works are being undertaken to Local Authority owned housing stock to decent homes standards. Generally bathrooms are refurbished on approximately 30 year cycles. Included within these works are shower/wet rooms that are completed under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist.
