Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council requires a multi-disciplinary consultancy team with experience of successfully delivering large-scale commercially-led regeneration and property projects, together with economic development, investment and commercial finance expertise, to provide support and technical services to successfully deliver the sites within the Darlaston locality of the Black Country Enterprise Zone (BCEZ).
