We are now the UK`s only titanium melting facility which is large enough to produce the largest variants of aero engine intercases and other structural aerospace components. Our demands are based on the various ongoing innovative projects and work we undertake.

To meet our specialist production demands we require specific titanium material from an approved supply base who are able to provide the associated specifications, assurances, certifications and lead times.

The UoS wishes to establish a framework agreement with a supplier for the supply of titanium electrodes and revert materials for use within the UoS titanium vacuum arc re-melter. This agreement will allow UoS to call off titanium products from the contract when required.
