The overarching aim of the Service(s) is to improve individual's health and wellbeing and to reduce health inequalities between different communities/groups. The Health Inclusion Project (Lot 1) will provide targeted community based interventions which raise health awareness and support individuals from hard to engage communities/groups (Service Users) to access local health services. The Sexual Health Youth Work Service (Lot 2a and 2b) will provide targeted community based interventions to young people (Service Users) who are at risk of experiencing negative sexual and reproductive health outcomes.
