North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is working for and on behalf of NHS England and NHS Improvement North East and Yorkshire (Yorkshire and the Humber). This Request for Information (RFI) process is being undertaken to engage with the market in order to inform the further development of draft proposals for the service delivery of Aldine House Secure Children's Home.
