Southwark Council is seeking a partner to support a substantial engagement and evidence gathering exercise with council tenants, homeowners and private sector tenants on council estates. This study will explore in depth how we engage with tenants and homeowners as a housing provider and identify areas for improvement. The findings of the study will be used to inform council decisions on improving resident engagement in the future.
