description

This project seeks to replicate work previously undertaken between Kent Police and three local health trusts. The force and health trusts shared police and A&E data on families who experience lethal, near lethal and lower harm intimate partner violence. The project provided valuable lessons on the benefits of data sharing in the context of lethal and near lethal domestic abuse. It found that health data provided substantial additional coverage of families who may come to harm from lethal or near lethal DA.
