description

The purpose of this procurement is to allow DVLA to engage a specialist supplier to assist with the undertaking of a Discovery on the use of cryptographic based security services within the organisation, through a series of stakeholder workshops resulting in the production of a number of key recommendations and deliverables.

This Discovery will consist of two work-streams, carried out concurrently, but which may later be taken forward as separate projects in accordance with strategic priority. A cloud agnostic BYOK Key Management System solution is seen as a priority currently as it is a recognised dependency for any new services (data) being deployed within DVLA's hybrid cloud environment to bring about digital transformation.
