This notice is to invite potential interested providers to a soft market testing event to consult with the market regarding a Child Weight Management Service (Tier 2) for 5-13 year old children and young people in Ealing identified as being above a healthy weight.
The purpose of the event being to:
| • | assess the level of interest amongst possible providers |
| • | involve providers in shaping the child weight management service |
| • | gain insight about examples of innovation and best practice in child weight management service |
| • | discuss thoughts and ideas on the procurement process |
The event will be held on the 24th of April 2019 between 1-3pm at:
London Borough of Ealing, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL.
The entrance is on Longfield Avenue, and we ask that you report to staff reception upon arrival.

Future proposal
We wish to consult the market regarding procurement of a contract for a possible period of 3 years. The contract value would be approximately £150k per annum, with the service in place by early 2020. However, this information is indicative as we wish to get feedback from the market re potential interest and viability.
This soft market testing event is open to all potential providers who wish to share their knowledge and experience and who may bid for the new service.
