description

New Forest District Council is acting as the co-ordinating lead authority for the procurement and establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) with a series of lots to deliver the National Network of Regional Coastal Monitoring Programmes.

The intention is that there will be one DPS with a series of lots for the services that may be procured, these are:-

Lot 1 Hydrodynamic Services

Lot 2 Swath Bathymetry Surveys

Lot 3 Single Beam Bathymetry Surveys

Lot 4 Topographic Surveys – marine and water related

Lot 5 Aerial Photography and Photogrammetry

Lot 6 Terrestrial Ecological Mapping

Lot 7 Analytical Services

Lot 8 Data Management

This opportunity is seeking to receive expressions of interest from suitable suppliers who will be required to complete the DPS PQQ for this project. Suppliers who pass the PQQ evaluation will be invited to join the DPS(for the lot(s) that they have applied for and passed the evaluation) and will be invited to tender for services as requirements are identified.

Additional information: Applicants should be aware that services for some lots will be through a number of individual call-off contracts and that the values given above and within each lot are the estimated total values for the whole of the lot.

Further details are provided in the DPS documents of the anticipated range of call-off contracts.

An allowance for call-off contracts by other authorities and organisations (including Wales and the Channel Islands) of 3,400,000 GBP has been allowed for within the estimated values. This allowance may be used for any lot (s)

The Contracting Authority reserves the right, at the option of the Contracting Authority for one or more UK coastal operating authorities and other organisations (all as listed on the project website atwww.channelcoast.org) to access the concluded DPS without creating any obligation on behalf of any such other coastal operating authority or other organisation to do so. In that event the concluded contractual arrangement would be between the other coastal operating authority or other organisation as relevant accessing the DPS and the supplier.

Applications for inclusion must be made by completion of the PQQ obtainable from https://sebp.due-north.com.Please follow the link to register and download the PQQ. Further information is available in the PQQ regarding the requirements of this project.

New Forest District Council is coordinating the procurement of the DPS for the National Programme in" partnership" with the other contracting authorities.
