Annual Support: 25 Lilie Concurrent User Licences Lilie Contraceptive & Reproductive Heath Module Lilie SMS Text Messaging Module

HL7 Lab Interface (or HL7 Order Comms)

Lilie Prescribing Module

Helpdesk availability for telephone support required: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. If available, please also submit quote for Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday 9am - 12 Midday. Email support also required.

Category 1: Hardware fault, communications fault, disk space or power faults. Database and software faults.

Category 2: Cat 2 Modules or Internal reports not working and no work around available for one or more users.

Category 3: Cat 3 Modules or Internal reports not working and no work around available for one or more users

Category 4: Help with applications, training needs, further, non-urgent configuration to all modules.

Category 5: Ad Hoc Reports (Crystal)
