Early Intervention and Promoting Independence Support Services
Additional information: Nottinghamshire County Council Adult Social Care department is soliciting for views from established and experienced organisations as part of a Soft Market Testing to help support and shape the specifications for Early Intervention and Promoting Independency services for a range of vulnerable groups. These services will focus on promoting independence through support to achieve the knowledge, skills and resilience required for on-going self-management. These services will supersede and enhance the following existing services. Vulnerable Adults Floating Support Service know as NASS Deaf Floating Support Service Community Outreach Advisor Neither the intention nor the purposes of this soft market testing exercise is to confer any advantage upon its participants in any future procurement process.
