The council is seeking to procure cleaning and security services across its property portfolio, with contracts commencing 1st September 2016. Both services have been provided by a variety of contracted partners since 2001.
This process is being conducted under the Restricted OJEU procedure.
The selected Contractor will be required to enter into the GC/Works/10 (2000) Facilities Management General Conditions of Contract with Supplementary Conditions and Annexes.
Additional information: If you wish to be considered for this contract you should complete the PQQ - "PQQ Cleaning Security Soft FM 2016 FINAL". Completed PQQs will be evaluated and shortlisted suppliers will be invited to submit tenders. PLEASE DO NOT attempt to complete any of the tender documentation at this stage.
