Essex County Council is looking to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply of Business Travel and Accommodation. Key areas are likely to include but are not limited to:
- Hotel Accommodation,
- Rail Travel and Bookings,
- Travel Management Services,
- Conference and Event Room Hire,
- Air Travel.
Full details of the types of Business Travel and Accommodation that may be requested and how the lots will be split will be included in the OJEU Contract Notice.
The Authority would like to engage with suppliers who deliver travel management services to gain insight into the full range of services available and innovative cost models which could potentially benefit the authority and the supplier.
