"HIV Peer Support - Brent. This service offers a range of support for Brent's HIV-positive population, including:
Representing users in HIV and AIDS care management strategy development.
Linking individuals to HIV management services, including the HUB.
Providing support and signposting for social, legal, and welfare issues such as immigration and housing.
Please be advised that the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE) are applicable to this opportunity."
