Bronze/standard cover is required which includes 6 monthly service visit to HTM/Manufacturers test procedures. Dedicated customer relationship manager, user-training upon request, in hour service visits, technical support helpline for out of hours enquiries, 8 working hour responses, discounted parts and labour rates on emergency call-outs.
