The specific aims of this commission are:
Provide insight into the extent and nature of current relationships and joint work between NPOs and CPP places to engage new audiences and communities
Provide learning and recommendations for NPOs, CPP places and Arts Council England to promote successful joint working to engage new audiences and communities
