Gain an insight into the current morale of POD given the impact of Covid-19 and remote working

The People and Organisational Effectiveness directorate wish procure the services of a consultancy firm for a period of up to two months (eight calendar weeks: two to three weeks of meetings, two weeks of follow up conversations and group work where required and a week to write follow up report with a small number of case studies on recent joiners and at least two meetings with the Executive Director and their business manager) to work across the People and Organisational Development team (POD, circa 30 staff). POD is part of a newly formed directorate People and Organisational Effectiveness (October 2020).
