GB-London: UFH Video Data Production, Storage, Workflow Service

BFI is looking for a fully supported 3rd party cloud solution that offers a centralised library, keeps and gives safe access to multiple copies of stored files, is technically simple to use with industry standard encryption for fast and secure file movement.

The service should offer fast and secure cloud production and storage solution with full replication off-site storage and automated web-proxy playback of uploaded media files, to support the daily workflow of the conservation teams at the BFI National Archive. External and internal teams must be able to access, view, monitor, add metadata, share, upload and download media files to assigned film formats quickly and safely.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
