description
Norwich City Council requires a single supplier to provide structural and civil engineering maintenance and improvement works for the Stair Renewal Phase 4 Contract which is being managed by NPS Norwich Ltd.
Maintenance and improvement works will be carried out in the common stairways and landings of these two and three storey flats and maisonettes. The Supplier will be expected to minimise disruption to the tenants wherever possible, whilst maintaining access to the flats at all times.
