Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to re-procure an existing outsourced Auxiliary Facilities Managementservice to support the delivery of best quality health and social care provided to its service users and their carers. The service contract is expected to provide high quality, timely and proactive Auxiliary Services that ensure the fabric of the buildings, public health and safety and continued smooth operations of Trust services including;

  • a)ensuring that the facilities are safe and secure and do not cause or create any hazard to the local environment and/or any person.
  • b)provision of a service which maintains seamless operation of Trust services.
  • c)maintaining aesthetically pleasing estate and environment that is conducive to the wellbeing of patients and staff.
  • d)services that minimises disruption to the Trust's operations.
  • e)provision of a fast and reliable inter site service.
  • f)provision of a high standard of cleanliness and service as required.
