This is a pre-tender notice:

FTC are seeking expressions of interest for the preliminary design of two project options: 1) a major refurbishment of an existing public facility including a theatre, function rooms and foyer/café area; and 2) the construction of a new public facility including a new 350 seat theatre and associated facilities to replace the existing public facility.

The scope of work will comprise the development of both options to RIBA Stage 1 level, along with outline concept designs, visualisations and presentation materials suitable for a public consultation, whereby the residents of Fleet can select their preferred development option.

Proven experience in the successful design of theatres and public buildings will be an essential selection criterion
