Also meets the Outdoor Learning Standards for Outdoor First Aid (Band 3). o An 18 hour Advanced Outdoor First Aid award. o An Ofqual recognised Emergency First Aid at Work award. o Bespoke first aid training courses for school staff. • Certification for successful course participants that lasts for 3 years. • An email reminder system to alert award recipients when their certification is due to expire. • Provide support and resources for the Outdoor First Aid and Emergency First Aid at Work courses, whilst allowing trainers the discretion of using materials of their choice. • A system to accredit our team of first aid trainers. • A clear mechanism to train and approve additional first aid trainers as they join the staff team. • Advertise our Outdoor First Aid and Emergency First Aid at Work courses. • The awarding organisation needs to have a good reputation within the outdoor learning community for the accreditation of high quality, relevant and targeted outdoor first aid training courses. • An efficient and secure online system for the uploading of candidate information and assessment data. • An efficient and secure system in place for the processing of candidate information and the issuing of high-quality electronic certificates to successful candidates. • Be Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR compliant. • The ability to supply appropriate, high quality, tailored course manuals for candidates.
