Owner's Engineer in relation to the procurement and construction phase of an EPC contract for an expected 40–60 MW, run of river, hydro-electric power plant and associated facilities in Zambia

Owner’s Engineer during the procurement and at owner’s option the construction phase of the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor for an expected 40 – 60 MW run of river hydro-electric power plant in rural Zambia.

Owner’s Engineer will provide technical assistance and advisory services during the procurement of the EPC Contractor (and separately the M&E contractor) up until financial close of the Project, and at Owner’s option during the construction phase.

Additional information: Estimated contract value stated is for procurement phase of EPC contract only, and does not include construction-period services, if any.

Similarly, contract end date is the estimated contract end date for completion of procurement phase services. If OE continues to provide OE services throughout construction, it is estimated that such services will be required for an additional three years of construction and an additional period to cover the defects liability period.
