description
The FCA wants to better understand whether consumers who have used high-cost credit products in the past, or who might consider using high-cost credit products, are facing difficulties in accessing credit.
In order to do this, we have commissioned a research project to explore the incidence and nature of access issues, as well as the reasons for seeking credit and the impacts of using (or not being able to access) high-cost credit.
