Highways England is intending to set up a contract for provision of services to support the delivery of the Network Planning Division (NPD) 2019/2020 Network Study Programme ("the study programme").
NPD, within Strategy and Planning directorate, are seeking to appoint a Network Studies Technical Partner with the ability to work in partnership with us, to provide their specialist expertise to augment our internal capabilities.
