Description: The Council is intending to undertake a procurement exercise to establish a framework to deliver marketing services for Enterprising Barnsley and DMC. The framework will consist of 7 lots consisting of: Lots: 1. Video, Photography, and Animation 2. General PR 3. Digital and Tech PR 4. Podcast Production 5. Social Media Marketing 6.
