| o | Site clearance to Areas A, B & C for the installation of working platforms, haul roads and site welfare including management and disposal of all waste generated from site. |
| o | Surface vegetation clearance (de-veg) to enable access to permanent and temporary works locations. |
| o | Removal of minor underground obstructions and foundations as required. |
| o | Installation of ducting, pipework and drainage to and from the welfare facilities for the provision of power / services and removal of waste and foul water. |

VolkerFitzpatrick have undertaken numerous major infrastructure projects across the UK such as HS2, Wembley Olympic Way, Stansted Airport, Brent Cross West Station and RAF bases Lossiemouth and Lakenheath.
This overall project is working for BBVS JV at the Old Oak Common Station site. VF are undertaking the bridge demolition and replacement for the bridges over Old Oak Common Lane and the Central Line. VF will also be doing the temporary and permanent road lowering at Old Oak Common Lane. The overall programme is 2022-2028, to be done in 3 stages.
