The Authority, is conducting the procurement using open procedure for the purpose of appointing a contractor to carry out comprehensive works on the following:
Fire Alarm Systems, Portable Firefighting Appliances, Hose Reels, Emergency Lighting, Dry Risers, AOV Smoke Vents and Associated Equipment in respect to:
Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Safety Inspections, Reactive Repairs and Capital Refurbishment Works and Upgrade Works for:
- (a)Seventeen Sheltered Schemes for assisted living
- (b)One General Needs Block of Flats classed as semi-sheltered
- (c)Ten Community Centres
- (d)Twenty-seven* General Needs Blocks
*Subject to increase throughout contract duration
